Julie Stevenson

Julie is the  centre’s practice manager.  She had held both managerial and supervisory roles in a diversity of environments. She is presently studying anatomy and physiology and complementary therapy as well as attending MFR UK's local workshops and study days.

 Julie runs and organises the treatment centre as well as the organisation and administration of MFR UK's workshops and student bookings. She is the first point of contact for all students and those attending myofascial release and other complementary therapy treatments at the centre.

Hilary Howatt

Hilary has attended many complementary health courses and specialised in gestalt therapy, a psychotherapeutic approach to health. Hilary is a massage therapist and like the rest of the team has also attended MFR seminars in the USA with John F. Barnes.  Hilary assists with Ruth on the iMFT workshops in the UK.
